At Zipmex, I had the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented UX & UI designers. Together, we diligently worked to design and launch multiple Web3 and blockchain products and features that are now used by millions of users. Working closely with the CPO, I played a key role in executing the product roadmap and KPI strategy, while also collaborating with the data team to utilize real user data during design sprints and research. This allowed us to implement useful data insights into the product UX and create designs that better met the needs of our users. Additionally, I had the privilege of spearheading the development of Zipmex's new brand UI Design system and rolling out the product UX framework, which aimed to provide a seamless and consistent user experience across all products and platforms.
