ZipSpend

ZipSpend is a merchant portal service created to enable secure acceptance of cryptocurrency as a form of payment. With ZipSpend, merchants can generate QR codes for customers to scan and initiate transactions, while Zipmex users can seamlessly pay with their Zipmex wallets.

For merchants, ZipSpend provides features like product management, transaction management, POS reporting, and account settings. With two levels of login access - corporate and branch - merchants can manage branches and salespeople, viewing rights, and display associated tax included in price.

I used a range of UX methods to ensure that we developed a product that met our users' needs. I started with user research and ideation, followed by wire framing and iteration, product ideation, low and high fidelity prototyping for testing and wrapped up with interaction and motion design.
